Fleur de Sel Salt

Fleur de Sel, French for “Flower of Salt,” is hand collected from the Guérande Salt Marshes using centuries old techniques. Guérande“paludiers” harvest Fleur De Sel by skimming the very surface of the salt ponds, obtaining only the salt crystals formed on the top layer. Fleur de Sel salt is renowned worldwide by chefs as the best sea salt for culinary because of its delicate flavor, moist texture, and high mineral content.
