The first time I tried it I said, "Oh my word, I could drink this straight from the bottle!" Our balsamic vinegar from Modena is smooth, thick, and naturally sweet with a little bit of bite at the end. Drizzle it over aged cheeses, cured meats, fresh berries, or vanilla ice cream for dessert. And of course, don't forget to dip your fresh bread in it!
