Order Processing

Each gift box is carefully packed and prepared to ensure it arrives beautifully presented. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted during holidays or peak gifting seasons.

Shipping & Delivery

Once a package leaves our studio, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Perishable & Specialty Items

Due to the nature of our gourmet food and personal care products, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Seasonal & Artisan Substitutions

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable due to seasonal or artisan inventory limitations. If necessary, we reserve the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value that reflect the overall quality and aesthetic of the original gift box.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some products may be sensitive to heat during warmer months. While we take care in packaging and shipping your order, we are not responsible for melting or heat-related changes that may occur during transit or after delivery.

Gift Messages

Complimentary gift messages are printed exactly as submitted. Please review all wording and spelling carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Because each gift is carefully prepared and packaged, orders begin processing quickly and cancellations or changes may not be possible after 12 hours. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
